Whether you choose to implement it or not is totally up to you, however if you want a thriving business that duplicates, then it is definitely a wise choice to not only live by this value, but most importantly practice it in every aspect of your business.
So what exactly am I referring to when I talk about integrity and your network marketing business?
I’m talking about doing the right thing all the time even if it’s not directly beneficial to you financially.
Just the other day I met with a gentleman in another mlm business for coffee. We got to know each other a bit better, and I allowed him to share his products, and opportunity with me. When he was done I briefly shared what my company does and how it could help him in building his business.
He told me that he had a friend in another state doing my same business! Luck has it that I’m friends with his friend! So what did I do next? Called my buddy in Arizona and told him to follow up with the guy I had just met with!

4 Common Challenges That Compromises The MLM Tip Of Integrity!
Getting upset with a prospect because they are in a different opportunity, and bashing both them and their company. I have seen this happen and it’s pretty stupid in my opinion, to the point that people stop being friends with people, because they said NO to their opportunity!
Never burn bridges with prospects, as you never know when something may change in their lives and they may want to join you in your opportunity.
False Income / Product Claims
Plain and simple, if you are just getting started in your home based business, please don’t run around your town telling people that your business is so easy, and that they will be making 100K in 90 days or less. Is this possible? Anything is possible, but not likely to happen overnight.
Which leads to me to false product claims, it’s ok to give your testimony on how a certain product or service works for you, but please don’t tell people that the same results you experienced will happen for them. It’s just not true, because everyone is different.
More importantly giving false income and product claims can get your distributorship shut down!
Negative Gossip: Upline, Downline, Crossline
No matter what is taking place in your business, or company, don’t ever engage in foolish chatter about others in your company. People talk and before you know it, the rumor mill has exploded creating tension in your organization and company, which is bad for business and slows down duplication.
Unethical Prospecting Activities
If you share your products and opportunity with a prospect who is actively working with someone else, allow the other rep to follow up and get that prospect started. Don’t embarrass yourself and turn off that prospect by being needy, and desperate. Posture up and be that professional!
Practicing integrity and doing what’s right all the time, pays off in your business over the long run!
